Whether you’re an established organizer, the social glue of your friend group, or someone with a passion to share — there’s space for you here.
BIA Vida is built on connection, creativity, and collaboration. Some people bring full communities. Others bring a small circle. Some bring an idea that adds something special to the community. All of it matters.
However you show up, we’re here to help you shape something intentional, aligned, and genuinely memorable.
There isn’t just one kind of host at BIA Vida. Some people want to bring their favorite humans together for a curated night. Some already lead an established community and want to create a stronger presence inside the party. Others have a skill, offering, or interactive idea they’d love to share.
However you fit, there are three main ways people typically plug in:

You don’t need to be a formal organizer to create something meaningful at BIA Vida. If you’re the one who gathers the crew, plans the birthday night, or brings your favorite people together, this path may be the perfect fit.
This can be as simple as celebrating something special or as intentional as curating your own social pocket inside the larger party.

If you already organize gatherings, lead a group, or have a recognizable following, this is where you can bring that leadership into the BIA Vida experience.
This path is about bringing your established community into a larger party environment while still maintaining your own identity, energy, and presence.

If you have a skill, offering, or passion that adds something to the party experience, this is your way in.
This could be a guided experience, workshop, demo, performance, or interactive moment that brings curiosity, play, beauty, or depth into the space.
Every collaboration at BIA Vida is different. Some people bring a built-in audience. Some bring social energy and a handpicked group. Others bring an offering that adds something special to the party itself.
Because of that, the benefits and support around each collaboration can vary. In some cases, there may be perks, visibility, stronger positioning, or other incentives. In other cases, the value may be more about experience, exposure, creative expression, practice, community-building, or the opportunity to grow something over time.
We want these collaborations to feel exciting, fair, and mutually worthwhile — and we’ll always aim to be thoughtful and transparent about what makes sense for the specific idea being proposed.
Whether you’re bringing a full community, a small circle, or just an idea you’re excited about — we’re open to exploring it with you.
The best collaborations don’t start perfect. They start with a conversation.
Most collaborations happen within existing BIA Vida parties. Private experiences may be available outside regular party hours.
