How your party gets presented
There’s more than one way to frame what you’re building here, and we figure it out together based on your community, your goals, and how established your identity already is. For most hosts, a co-branded partnership is the natural landing spot. For organizers with a strong, established community identity, there’s room to present it more as your party inside our space. We’re not going to push you toward something that doesn’t serve your crowd.

Your flyer
The design is entirely yours — match your brand, your aesthetic, your crowd. There are a few house requirements we’ll walk you through when we talk (things like the BIA Vida logo appearing on it, passes sold through our platform, and the party being open to our premium members). Beyond that, it’s your flyer. If you want help building one, we can do that too.
What happens after you reach out
Both paths follow the same simple process. No lengthy application. No waiting around.
- Fill out the form (5 minutes). Tell us your name, which path fits you, your group size, and your preferred dates.
- Sasha or Steve reaches back within 48 hours. A real person, not a form email. We’ll schedule a quick call or DM thread to talk through the details and make sure the fit works for everyone.
- We lock in your date. Once we’re aligned, your Friday or Saturday goes on the calendar. You get time to promote and we start working the setup on our end.
- You run the party. We back you up. Bring your people, do what you do. BIA Vida handles the space, the staff, and the infrastructure. You handle the vibe.
