Create a Free Standard Profile to Finish Applying. Approving your profile is how we vet potential members.
If you do not want a public-facing profile, that’s fine — but the application process is still required so you can be approved and access passes.
Required Fields!*
- ⚠️REQUIRED* Real First and Last Name matching your photo ID.
- ⚠️REQUIRED* Face photo for Membership Card.
- ⚠️REQUIRED* Two or more profile photos.
- ⚠️REQUIRED* 30-60 Words in About & Seeking Sections. If you have a long established Kaside Profile with validations and content we can use that to verify you quickly and easily. If you do NOT have a complete Kasidie profile with all the fields filled out PUT SOME ELBOW GREESE into your about and seeking sections to help us better validate who you are!
Application Suggestions
- Kasidie Profile Name: Consider matching it to your Club profile name.
- If transferring an existing profile, use the same email to import data.
- Include other lifestyle platforms in the appropriate field.
- Describe more than physical features.
- Focus on what you contribute to the community.
Creating a profile does not guarantee approval.
Processing Timeline - Processing and approval times vary by applicant and the completeness of their submission. An established Kasidie profile with personal insight and member validations significantly strengthens your application.
After Submitting Your Application
- Some applications are processed quickly — most often when we've previously spoken with or met the applicant, or when they hold membership with an affiliated club.
- We may follow up with a brief phone call to verify required information prior to approval.
- If your application does not meet our minimum requirements, it will be declined. You will receive an email identifying the areas that did not qualify, along with an invitation to reapply. Please note: this courtesy is extended once. Your second application should be thorough and complete.
- We reserve the right to decline any application without obligation to provide explanation, and are not obligated to provide status updates on applications that are pending or have not been processed.
- Single male applications are reviewed concurrently with couple and single lady applications, which may result in longer processing times.
A Few Final Notes - No Kasidie or lifestyle profile? That alone won't disqualify you — but your application will need to do more of the work. At minimum, your profile should include 60+ words in both the About and Seeking sections, along with at least 4 photos.
