What this course is

This course is designed exclusively for couples who are new to the lifestyle and want to explore it in a thoughtful, structured way. The core principle throughout the course is simple: enhance your primary relationship by exploring together — with communication, consent, and connection as the foundation.

Couples only
Consent-forward culture
No pressure or performance
Observation is valid

How it’s structured

  • 5 progressive classes designed to build confidence as a couple
  • Each class includes one guided discussion and two guided experiences
  • The progression starts with safety and communication, then moves into boundaries, embodied comfort, and integration

What you and your partner will explore

  • Honesty & transparency — sharing curiosity without pressure or shame
  • Communication as a couple — check-ins, asking clearly, staying connected in new environments
  • Desires & Fantasies — hearing & understanding desires as information, not obligation
  • Boundaries & shared agreements — creating boundaries that protect connection while allowing exploration
  • Relational confidence — building “we” strength, not comparison or competition
  • Integration — tools and language you can take home into real life

Course flow (at a glance)

First-Timer FAQ

These are the questions couples commonly have before their first course. If you’re nervous, that’s normal. The goal is to help you and your partner feel informed, supported, and on the same team.

Who can attend this course?

This course is designed exclusively for couples who are new to the lifestyle and want a structured way to explore together.

We are developing future offerings that will be more inclusive of singles and other relationship structures.

Can we attend if we’re dating casually or not a primary partnership?

This course is centered on strengthening a primary relationship through exploration together. Much of the content is built around shared agreements, continuity, and relational growth over time.

If you’re not in a primary partnership, you may find that a future offering is a better fit.

Do we have to attend with the same partner each class?

Yes. Couples must attend with the same partner for the full duration of the course, ideally a primary partner.

This continuity matters because the work builds week to week and is designed to strengthen your relationship through shared experience.

Do we have to participate in everything?

No. Participation is always optional and choice-based. You and your partner are encouraged to check in with each other and move at a pace that supports your relationship.

Observing, opting out, or taking a break together is always valid.

Is nudity required?

No. Some experiences are clothing-optional or nude-friendly, but nudity is never mandatory.

You and your partner decide what feels right for you, every step of the way.

Is there pressure to be sexual?

No. This course is not about performance or expectation. It’s about communication, boundaries, comfort, and staying connected as a couple in new environments.

Sexual energy may exist in the space, but pressure does not.

Is swapping or partner exchange part of the course?

No. There is no swapping, partner exchange, or assumed access. All experiences are consent-based, opt-in, and structured around couples exploring together.

What if one of us is more excited than the other?

That’s common. This course is built to help couples talk about pacing, comfort, and boundaries without pressure.

The goal isn’t to “catch up.” It’s to build a shared pace you both feel good about.

What if we get overwhelmed or uncomfortable?

That’s okay — and normal when trying something new. You’re always welcome to step away, sit out, ask for support, or change your minds.

Staff are present to support emotional and physical safety for you both.

What if we don’t know our boundaries yet?

You don’t need to have everything figured out. This course helps couples discover shared boundaries and agreements without forcing anything.

“Not sure” and “not tonight” are valid answers.

Will we be touched?

Only if you explicitly consent. Touch is never assumed. Many experiences are observation-based or social rather than physical.

Is it confidential?

Yes. Confidentiality and discretion are core agreements. What is shared or experienced in the space stays in the space.

What will we leave with as a couple?

Most couples leave with stronger communication skills, clearer shared boundaries, more trust in each other, and less anxiety around exploration.

The goal is a stronger “we” than when you arrived — plus practical tools you can use outside the course.

We’re still nervous. Is that normal?

Yes. Most couples are nervous at first. Curiosity and nerves often arrive together.

You don’t need to eliminate nerves to participate — you just need honest check-ins and a pace that supports your relationship.
